1. General Provisions

These terms govern use of the EcoTaxi mobile application provided by "LIMITLESS" LLC. By accessing or downloading the app, the user accepts these terms together with the Privacy Policy.

The company may update these terms at any time by publishing a revised version. Continued use of the app after an update means the user accepts the new version. If the user does not agree, they must stop using the app.

• The app is intended to help users access transportation services based on their preferences.
• Users may receive promotional communications through use of the app.
• The app may only be used for personal purposes.
• The company may restrict or block access to the app at any time.

2. Liability and Data Processing

The company is not responsible for the partner's actions or inaction, the quality of partner-provided services, damages resulting from those services, or disputes and payment relationships between users and partners.

By using the app, the user agrees that personal information may be processed and shared with partners and third parties when needed to provide the service, in line with the Privacy Policy.

3. Orders and Payments

The user acknowledges that all actions performed through the app using their confirmed mobile number, including actions tied to linked payment methods, are treated as actions performed by the user.

The company may verify the accuracy of submitted information and may request supporting documents. Failure to provide requested information may result in access being blocked.

• Transportation costs are calculated through the app.
• Services may be offered under tariffs such as Eco City, Eco Business, Eco VIP, and other rates shown in the app.
• Ride cancellation may be subject to a fee displayed at the time of cancellation.
• Rides are booked through the app.
• Payment may be made in cash or non-cash form.
• If non-cash payment fails, the user agrees to pay in cash.
• Bank card payments require a linked card inside the app.
• Banking fees related to non-cash payments are borne by the user.
