Partner's Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

Vehicle requirements include:

• Registration in the app is required before using the app or services.
• Before registration, the partner must present the vehicle for inspection.
• Vehicle inspections may also be requested later by the company.

Vehicle requirements

• Electric vehicle produced in 2020 or later
• No body, window, or headlight damage
• Clean exterior and interior without foreign odours
• Working seat belts, air conditioning, and legally required equipment
• No unapproved ads, indecent expressions, or political statements
• Clean trunk without personal belongings

2. Who Can Use the App and Services

• Partners must be at least 21 years old.
• Partners must hold a valid driver's license and have at least 3 years of driving experience.
• All registration information must be accurate and may be verified by the company.
• The company may refuse service or terminate access at its discretion.
• Partners consent to personal data use for app and service purposes, including legally required disclosures.

3. Use of the App and Services

• The app may only be used on a compatible device and for personal purposes.
• A registered partner may not let another person drive the vehicle while providing services.
• The app, login data, account, and SMS password must not be sold, shared, or transferred.
• The app and its data must not be used for fraud, harassment, or any illegal purpose.
• Partners must comply with traffic laws and are personally responsible for violations.
• Partners must not demand more than the fare shown in the app.
• Smoking, eating, and phone use while driving are prohibited.
• Partners must wear a seat belt, keep the car in good condition, dress neatly, and behave politely with passengers.
• Partners must not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing medication.
• All risks from using the app are borne by the partner.
• By downloading the app, the partner consents to location tracking for dispatch, fare calculation, and other lawful purposes.

4. Fee

• The fee for each completed electronic order is 160 AMD plus 3.5% of the fare as state duty and other costs.
• The company may change the fee unilaterally.
• Partners must top up their EcoTaxi balance to use the app.
• The balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or refunded.
• Payments are made through iDram.
• The balance must not fall below 3000 AMD or the company may disable app access.
• Within 5 business days of registration, the partner must provide an Idram account and TIN.

5. Trademark, Force Majeure, and Other Provisions

• The Ecotaxi trademark may only be used with company permission and only in approved form and placement.
• Either party may terminate the agreement in extended force majeure situations.
• The company may update the rules and notify partners through the app, website, or other means.
• The rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
• In case of discrepancy between languages, the Armenian version prevails.
