Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms are the conditions (rules) established by “LIMITLESS” LLC (hereinafter: the Company) for using the ECO-TAXI mobile application (hereinafter: the App).
1.2. Use of the App by the user is governed by these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy (hereinafter: Terms of Use).
1.3. By using (accessing, downloading) the App, the User accepts the Terms set forth in these Terms of Use without any reservations.
1.4. The Company has the right to unilaterally, without any condition, notification, or negative consequences for itself, amend (edit) the Terms of Use by posting the updated version at the following link. The User bears responsibility for any negative consequences resulting from failure to familiarize themselves with the updated Terms. By continuing to use the App, the User confirms their agreement to the new (edited) Terms of Use. If the User does not agree with the new version, they must cease using the App.
1.5. The App allows Users to access transportation services based on their preferences.
1.6. By using the App, the User consents to receive promotional messages.
1.7. The User has the right to use the App solely for personal purposes.
1.8. The Company is not responsible for the actions or obligations of the User.
1.9. The Company is not liable for the actions/inaction of the Partner performed through the App, the quality of services provided, any damages resulting from services provided by the Partner, payment relationships between the User and Partner, or any other consequences or actions that may arise between the Partner and the User.
1.10. The Company has the right to restrict the User’s access to the App (block the App) at any time without any obligation to give prior notice.
1.11. By using (downloading) the App, the User gives their consent for their personal information (including personal data) to be processed and transferred to the Company’s Partners and third parties for the purpose of providing services through the App. Personal data is processed in accordance with the rules of the Privacy Policy, which can be found at the following link.
2. Orders and Payments
2.1. The cost of transportation services is calculated via the App.
2.2. Transportation services are offered under tariffs such as “Eco city,” “Eco business,” “Eco VIP,” “Eco ____,” and other rates presented in the App. Vehicle tariff standards can be checked on the Eco-Taxi website.
2.3. The User’s cancellation of a taxi service may be subject to a fee, which will be shown at the time of cancellation.
2.4. Rides are booked via the App.
2.5. Payment for the ride can be made in both cash and non-cash methods. If non-cash payment is not possible (insufficient funds, connection error, etc.), the User agrees to pay in cash.
2.6. To make non-cash payments, the User links their bank card to the App.
2.7. In the case of non-cash payments, banking service fees are borne by the User.
2.8. The User understands and agrees that all actions performed within the App using their confirmed mobile phone number—including actions related to the linked bank card for non-cash payments—are considered to be performed by the User.
2.9. The Company may at any time verify the accuracy of the User’s submitted data, including requesting supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested information may result in the Company blocking access to the App.
2.9.1. The payment terms set forth in these rules do not apply if payment is made by a third party on behalf of the User, based on an agreement concluded between that person and the Company.
